It is true, though that being in balance within, leads to an openness that allows others in (including romance partners)<br /><br />I have been reading a lot of Abraham-Hicks - when we're connected we don't need to chastise (anything/anyone) cuz it goes against "SOURCE" itself. Guilt is like going against how "source" sees you which is perfect. It's not the food itself that is the problem but the "feelings" we have when we eat it..so if you are feeling bad than it has a negative consequence. <br /><br />Hot yoga teacher has some good points! Interesting how movement of energy causes moves everywhere - huh? :) This past year, we've all done a lot of re-arranging...don't feel bad - you are part of a large movement of people coming into alignment with who they really are. Rather than feel bad about the past (and the letting goes) see who has shown up to dance with you.
